Process Description
Brass is used as material to form the basic shape of the valve. The valve then goes through the process of upsetting (forging), stress-relief annealing, shot blasting, machining, secondary annealing, ultrasonic cleaning, assembly, pressure testing, drying, and packaging for storage. With a final inspection, the valve will be packaged and sent out.
