By using the piston to sense the change of outlet pressure, the size of the overflow area of the main valve throttling part is adjusted to realize the function of reducing pressure and regulating pressure

Process Description

Brass is used as material to form the basic shape of the valve. The valve then goes through the process of upsetting (Forging), Stress-Relief Annealing, Shot Blasting, Machining, Secondary Annealing, Ultrasonic Cleaning, Assembly, Pressure Testing, Drying, Packaging, and Storage. With a final inspection, the valve will be packaged and sent out.
