Process Description

Stainless Steel is used as material to form the basic shape of the valve. The valve then goes through the process of Casting, Solution Treatment, Pickling and Passivation, Machining, Ultrasonic Cleaning, Assembly, Pressure Testing, Drying, Packaging, and Storage. With a final inspection, the valve will be packaged and sent out.

Features

The valve can eliminate the mutual interference caused by pressure fluctuations between the users of the water meter.
When the medium backflows, the spool quickly closes under the action of the backflow pressure, and plays the role of a check valve.
The sealing material is made of silicone rubber, which plays the role of damping and reducing noise by absorbing vibration.
