The compensation joint comprises a body, a telescopic tube, and a gland. This force transfer joint is rigidly connected and can transmit axial force once all nuts are tightened.

Process Description

Ductile cast iron is used as material to form the basic shape of the valve. The valve then goes through the process of Casting, Shot Blasting Treatment, Stress-Relief Annealing, Machining, Powder Coating, Assembly, Pressure Testing, Packaging, and Storage. With a final inspection, the valve will be packaged and sent out.

Features

1. Both the inner and outer jacket are free to expand and contract at both ends.
2. Convenient for installation of valves and fittings, saving installation time and cost.
3. Eliminate the deformation pressure of the pipeline, preventing the pipeline from deformation to produce broken rings.
4. Compensate the axial, lateral and angular deformation of the pipeline caused by temperature difference, pressure and installation connection.
5. Eliminate the influence of earthquake and ground subsidence on the pipeline.
6. Limit tie rod device to prevent the inner and outer jacket from pulling off.
7. Adopting sealing rubber ring sealing, good sealing effect and small expansion resistance.
