Process Description

Ductile cast iron is used as material to form the basic shape of the valve. The valve then goes through the process of casting, shot blasting treatment, stress-relief annealing, machining, butterfly valve disc overlay welding, powder coating, assembly, pressure testing, and packaging for storage. With a final inspection, the valve will be packaged and sent out.

The sealing surface of the butterfly valve plate is processed by robot welding stainless steel

The sealing ring is installed in the valve body to reduce impact damage and increase service life
It has good regulating performance and can be used as a regulating valve
According to user needs, manual, electric, pneumatic can control the valve switch
