Its valve body features an interior and exterior coated with electrostatically sprayed epoxy resin, while the valve stem is crafted from stainless steel. The gate, made of ductile iron using specialized technology, is entirely encased in durable rubber, ensuring exceptional longevity.

Process Description

Ductile cast iron is used as material to form the basic shape of the valve. The valve then goes through the process of casting, shot blasting treatment, stress-relief annealing, machining, gate coating, powder coating, assembly, pressure testing, and packaging for storage.With a final inspection, the valve will be packaged and sent out.
