Process Description
Valve body, valve cover material for ductile iron, resin sand, coated sand casting process, casting size accurate, smooth surface.
The ram is fully coated with rubber, reliable sealing and zero leakage.
Rubber plate mold forming, good interchangeability, easy maintenance and replacement.
The valve stem is sealed with “O” sealing ring, maintenance free.
No groove at the bottom of the valve body, no slag accumulation.
The internal and external surfaces of the valve electrostatic spraying in line with the requirements of drinking water sanitation epoxy resin powder, high temperature curing, excellent anti-corrosion performance.
