Process Description

Ductile cast iron is used as material to form the basic shape of the valve. The valve then goes through the process of Casting, Shot Blasting Treatment, Stress-Relief Annealing, Machining, Gate Coating, Powder Coating, Assembly, Pressure Testing, Packaging, and Storage. With a final inspection, the valve will be packaged and sent out.

Features

1. One end of the flange can be freely expanded and contracted, convenient for installation and maintenance, eliminating pipe deformation and stress.
2. Limit screw can prevent the flange from pulling off.
3. The valve stem is sealed by three “O” type sealing rings, maintenance free.
4. The gate plate is fully covered with rubber, reliable sealing, zero leakage.
5. Rubber plate mold molding, good interchangeability, convenient maintenance and replacement
